How can I get started? ==> First set up a complimentary 20 to 30 minute consultation with Michael Messmer. During the consultation you’ll discuss your experience of yourself and how you want to experience yourself. Then together with Michael, you’ll set out a plan of coaching sessions to help you meet your goals. You’ll also discuss cost and payment plans.
You’ll get started right away preparing for your first coaching session by learning EFT through videos delivered right to your inbox.
Once the coaching sessions begin, you’ll be taking steps toward meeting your goals between each session. The goals will stretch your limits of yourself, helping you to increase your experiences of empowerment, forgiveness and love. Leading you to feeling Joy and Peace in your life more often.
Along the way, you and Michael will evaluate your progress to determine what you need to do next. Once you have reached your goals, you have the option of continuing the sessions on an as needed basis or scheduling additional regular sessions for continued exploration and improvement.
As with any endeavor, the process may not be a straight line from here to there. Building faith in yourself, and continuing to take actions toward your goals is necessary. No one is ever finished growing and learning about themselves. After you’ve reached your goals, consider that there may be other heights you will want to reach in your life.
As you do, you’ll find that your own internal responses to the outside world become calmer, more consistent, and compassionate.
